The technology
Reinforced concrete strength, engineered around an EPS core.
Inside the wall
Four layers, one engineered wall.
- 1
Shotcrete layers
Sprayed on site on both sides. This is the structure.
- 2
Reinforcing steel mesh
A galvanised steel mesh sits in the middle of each shotcrete layer. It reinforces the concrete, takes tension and limits cracking.
- 3
Diagonal connectors
Steel connectors run diagonally through the core every few centimetres and are welded to the mesh on both faces. Mesh, core and mesh form one sandwich element.
- 4
Insulating EPS core
Keeps both concrete layers apart and insulates the wall.

Process
From factory to finished wall.
1EngineeredEvery project is calculated by our engineers.
2ProducedPanels are made to project specification in our factory.
3AssembledPanels are erected on site.
4ConcretedConcrete is sprayed or cast on both sides.
5FinishedPlastering and finishing, ready for handover.
Advantages
The advantages of EPS construction.
StrongerMaximum structural strength. Like an I-beam, two concrete faces carry the load while the EPS core holds them at a fixed distance.
Lighter100 to 165 kg per m² of finished wall.
FasterPanels are made to measure in our factory and erected on site. No bricklaying, no waiting for blockwork.
More affordableUp to 30 % cost savings compared with conventional construction.
